B:Yes,But you need to pay the sample fee at first, the sample fee can be refund once the order confirmed.
2.Q:What is the order process(embroidery patch)?
A: offer your artwork with size and qty and require(you)----offer quotation(me)----confirm the order and pay the cost(PI)
----make the sample ----confirm the sample----make bulk product-shipping
3.Q:What shipping method I can choose?
A: 1). Courier Express - DHL / UPS /FEDEX / EMS 3-7 working days to your door.
2). By Air: Arrive at destination Airport fast then pick it up by yourself .
3). By Sea: Low shipping cost and slow delivery (7-30 days normally). Suitable for large quantity and non-urgent delivery.
PS:For shipping and air freight we also supply service of DDU.
4.Q:What payment method I can choose?
A: Western Union, T/T, L/C,D/P, Paypal, Money Gram
5.Q:Can you make OEM or ODM service?
A:Yes,We have our own designer team so accept OEM and ODM service.
6.Q:How long will I take the sample? Bulk production?
A: 3-4 days for sample lead time. 8-20 days for production after confirming the sample.
